Play Pretend

Here are Eli's Best Friends. We have his lion named 'tiger', his monkey named 'oo-ah', and 'baby bear'. He has to have them ALL in order to go to sleep at night and for naps. He will often pretend with them too (they're little babies, hungry, or tired and need a nap) : ) The monkey is his favorite.


Eli LOVES helicopters. This is one that he built.


Here are the 'peoples' who fly the helicopter. See them?? He is holding them/him between his fingers.....


Eli is starting to pretend all sorts of things. He makes me dinner (rice and chicken with bananas and milk), pizza (with chicken, pork, rice, pepperonis and cheese), and we make lots of juice. He'll walk on 'rocks' (his blocks) and play 'I've been shot' : ) Oh yeah, and everything that moves (ie. cars, trucks, trains, helicopters) have 'peoples' in them that come out and say hello.... : )
